Complaints & Compliments Procedure
If you have any comments you would like to make about the surgery please let us know. By all means leave a note if you would prefer. We like to know if you think we are doing well but equally, if you experience any problems, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to help and/or provide you with further details on our complaints procedure.
- You have the right to have any complaint you make about NHS services dealt with efficiently and to have it properly investigated.
- You have the right to know the outcome of any investigation into your complaint.
- You have the right to take your complaint to the Independent Health Service Ombudsman, if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been dealt with by the NHS.
We welcome the opportunity to resolve any problems at the time they occur, you may prefer to speak to us face to face, by telephone or to write to us. All complaints will need to be submitted in writing please – either by e-mail or by post for the attention of:
