Care Navigator Vacancy

34 hours per week on the following pattern:

• Monday 08.30-18.00
• Tuesday 08.30-13.30
• Wednesday 13.30-18.30
• Thursday 13.30-18.30
• Friday 08.00-18.30

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Our care navigators deliver a high standard of professionalism to our patients, they are well trained to offer our many services and can advise who is best suited to help our patients in need. Although experience in a customer facing role is preferred, the successful candidate will be given full training for the role and will benefit from our full team social and well-being events.
