Partner Leaving Notice

Dear Patients,

It’s with much sadness that I will be leaving the Hungerford Surgery at the end of the year due to my personal circumstances. The practice is looking to recruit for a replacement and we will be planning a smooth transition in the coming months.

I’m on sabbatical in July and will be working thereafter until 31st Dec 23. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to be a part of the surgery for nearly 19 years and thank you for all your support.
