Most of our patients understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get a routine appointment with a GP or nurse. One reason for this is DNAs (did not attend).
A large number of patients fail to keep their appointment at this surgery every month. This often stops other patients from getting a much needed appointment. This is an awful waste of precious NHS time and money.
